By using Wane Merch’s services, you agree to the Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or use the site under guardian supervision).
You must provide accurate details and maintain account security. Wane Merch may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
Sellers must upload high-quality artwork and comply with applicable laws, including intellectual property rights. Prohibited content (hate speech, explicit content, illegal materials) is not allowed.
You retain rights to your designs, but you grant Wane Merch a license to use them for fulfilling orders and for marketing related to fulfillment and promotion.
Orders are processed after payment and you are responsible for providing accurate order data (design, size, shipping address). Wane Merch is not responsible for delivery delays or courier issues beyond its control.
All orders must be paid upfront before processing. Payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes such as GST are your responsibility.
Shipping times vary by destination and service level. International shipping times depend on the destination country and customs processes. You are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
Custom products generally cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds are provided for manufacturing errors or defects (with supporting evidence). Processed orders typically cannot be canceled.
Sellers are responsible for tax collection, remittance, and compliance with local tax laws.
Wane Merch limits its liability to the amount paid for the relevant order. Wane Merch does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Wane Merch harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
You may close your account after settling pending orders and payments. Wane Merch may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will generally be resolved via arbitration in Coimbatore, India.
Wane Merch may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
